When will these changes take effect?
We will begin selling our Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions directly to our customer from November 1, 2020.
Who should I call if I am interested in finding more information about Hologic Breast and Skeletal Health products?
We have a Breast and Skeletal Health sales team in place, who are ready to support you. What if I have placed an order for Hologic product with my supplier prior to November 1, 2020?
If you placed an order with your current supplier prior to November 1, 2020, please continue to work with them directly for planning, delivery and installation of the equipment.
Who will service my Hologic products?
If you purchased equipment prior to November 1, 2020, please contact your provider to coordinate arrangements for service. For equipment purchased from Hologic Canada ULC after November 1, 2020, our service team will support you directly at 1-877-371-4372 for Breast Health and 1-800-321-4659 for Skeletal Health (7AM-8PM ET).
What if I purchased my equipment prior to November 1, 2020 and now need an upgrade?
If the equipment is not covered under warranty or a service agreement with your current service provider, please contact our Customer Support team at Canada2@Hologic.com or 1-877-209-7192.
